Members are given helpful advice and kept informed of changes both nationally and locally ensuring that they are aware of factors that impact the sector.[/toggle][toggle title=”What we offer” open=”no”]SARCP facilitates a range of training from 3 day manual handling course’s, refresher course’s and Bariatric course’s. SARCP is a membership organisation for all providers of adult social care in Staffordshire.

Our members are from:

  • Community support services
  • Home care
  • Voluntary Sector
  • Day services

We are a contact point for all social care providers and share and promote good practice through our networks and learning exchanges.

We provide information and advice on funding and business opportunities.

We provide training and development opportunities for your staff and your business.

We act as a representative body for providers within Staffordshire, meeting with commissioners of services, and standing up for adult social care to promote your services.

We are improving communication between the Council and the Staffordshire care sector by having regular planned meetings with both Local authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups.

We help develop and shape the adult social care market in Staffordshire and act on behalf of the membership and sector to ensure your voice is heard when services are commissioned, or contracts are changed.

We ensure the needs of your residents/clients are put first by striving to assist you to deliver a quality service.

We offer providers advice about financial viability, business opportunities and market conditions in Staffordshire.

We will promote good news stories across a range of media channels to support a positive view of the sector.

She is an RGN who holds a Bsc (Hons) Health Studies, Diploma in Management studies and the Registered Managers Award. She became a Registered Nurse in 1987 and graduated to management before becoming a Registered Manager. Juliet owns two nursing homes in South Staffordshire.[/person]

Over the course of her career, Julie has held the positions of Registered Manager, Community Services Manager, Director of Business Development and Governance Lead with responsibility for leading and developing CQC registered services.

Julie has demonstrated high level skills in management and leadership, organisational and business development, teaching and training, project management and communication. With a proven track record in developing and delivering safe, sustainable and high-quality care services.[/person]
