Meet the trainers

Lee Wadsworth RGN MSc V300

Lee qualified as an RGN in 1988. He has extensive experience general nursing including medical, surgical, A&E and intensive care units in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

He is a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Prescriber and has worked in both primary and secondary care in this role.

He has been a Clinical trainer since 2000 whilst maintaining clinical practice in primary care.

Lee’s passion is to encourage nurses and allied healthcare professionals to gain confidence and expertise in a wide range of clinical skills to benefit patients and help them to become more confident and evidenced-based.

Course Duration:  Full Day

Course Location:  SARCP offices, 23/24 Brookside Business Park, Cold Meece, Nr Stone, Staffordshire.  ST15 0RZ.

Course Cost: SARCP Members – £175 per person.  Non-members – £195 per person.

Suitable For

This course aims to equip Registered Nurses (RN) with the knowledge and skills to effectively assess and triage patients in order to make informed decisions as to whether patients require hospital admission or a GP visit.

This course is aimed at Registered Nurses working in Care Homes.

We include our own patient assessment tool based on NEWS 2 scoring which is now ratified & used in primary care.
